When Wren wakes up again, she feels a gentle wash cloth against her skin, her eyes flicker open and she looks up at Travis, suddenly recoiling a little.
"You shouldn’t be here. What if you get caught?"
Travis doesn’t stop his movements, just looking down at the woman in regret.
"It doesn’t matter, I was sent in to clean up so that there was no evidence"
Wren stretches out, allowing the man's movements. She doesn't argue anymore. Everything hurts and she is hungry.
"What is the point of cleaning up the evidence if they never plan on letting me out?"
"You have to understand something about those two. They believe that every woman is sent to bring them down, including the goddess herself. They have absolute power but they are scared that someone will take it from them"
