Griffin doesn't look back at his mother, who is still standing stationary at her car. He glimpses sideways at the other cars pulling into Wolfgrove, rolling his eyes in the process. It seems like today, with his sleep-deprived mind, he's not going to get a single break. He can't possibly deal with all these people all at once his mother has drained him completely anymore on top is just too much.
Griffin moves quickly and gets himself out of sight as two cars come roaring in one after the other.
The door of the first car opens and Alexei steps out, a furious look on his face as he glares at the car which pulls up beside him. Two people step out of the second car, one looking equally furious, one looking somewhat embarrassed. Marcus never expected to run into Alexei in this place.
