I jolted out of bed, a pain unlike anything I had ever felt slicing through me as I swear I could still hear Kamaris's screams echoing through the room.
"Kamaris." I rushed out, turning to look at the empty space beside me as I felt my heart throbbing with uneasiness.
That pain was even worse than when my bind was stripped from me..
I quickly pushed the blanket off of me and went to the closet, looking for something to wear. There I saw a black silk robe hanging on one side and I hurriedly put it on.
Something was wrong with Kamaris..I didn't know what...but I could feel it deep down and I needed to find him now.
