(Amira) I felt the cool ocean breeze whip past me, prompting me to inhale deeply and breathe that salty air. How can a place I have barely spent any time at feel like home to me? I looked down, seeing my long lavender dress blowing behind me as the fabric clung to my chest. The ocean here was different. It wasn't warm and inviting like those tropical places back in the human world. It had this dark magical feel to it, like the sand was made of stardust and the water some type of beautiful galaxy waiting to be explored. The black sand was cool but gentle beneath my feet. And the waves crashing against the shore seemed to play its own beautiful melody while the seaguls above sang along. "If this is your way of getting me to start controling my emotions, it isn't a very good start."
