I couldn't help but drag my gaze up and down my reflection in the mirror. The white dress I wore was almost similar to an elegant wedding dress you would see in my old world. But this one had shimmering pearl-like fabric that changed in the light with every move I made.
My hair was pulled up into a high bun with pearl pins placed perfectly around it and I couldn't help but stare at the earrings that I now wore.
They were white stones with Sparkling diamonds to accent the silver.
But wearing these felt..wrong. Like I was pretending to be this person I wasn't and it made my skin crawl every second of the way. I missed Kamaris..I missed the way he would dress me and add my ocean blue earrings with each outfit.
