I could feel my chest start to tighten. The longer we waited in this room, the more anxious I became. It was almost like time itself had stopped as the sky began to grow darker and darker.
"How much longer will this take? The boats arrived hours ago..." Theia grumbled, and for once I actually agreed with her..this was taking a lot longer than it should. Or perhaps just being locked in this room all day has made it feel that way.
After hearing what Axton has said, I wasn't sure how to feel about it all. I tried to go and see Amira, but the moment her boat arrived, it was like the guards put the place on lockdown.
I don't know how I can get to her at this point..but I know I have to try.
