After that talk with Rebecca, my wife has been quieter. She still smiles, but the light in her eyes were gone and it felt as if she’s just trying her best to not worry me. She tends to sleep a lot after, ate less, and asks to be alone instead of allowing me to sit beside her while she does her thing.
