Looking at my reflection in the rearview mirror, I smoothed out the curls around my face. My phone vibrated on the car seat beside me, and I grinned, anticipating the identity of the caller. It was Tamar, my best friend.
"Hey, Tamar! Are our plans still happening for later?" I asked, leaning back in my car seat.
" Definitely! Be ready and at the appointed location!" replied Tamar in her usual bubbly tone.
