Zavian did as he had planned, and his mind was blown when he found out the truth. The names of the bride and the groom were indeed Scarlett Chanel and Axel Kyler, both whom he knew were wolves. His naive, delicate and probably oblivious mate was going to a wedding which would probably be full of werewolves. Even if it wasn't, there would be enough wolves in there who could want to harm her.
Given the recent battle Zavian had won by killing a beloved Alpha of one of their rival packs, he was afraid the pack members would be wanting revenge.
