I couldn't believe my eyes. The scent of my parents washed over me as their arms slid around my back, holding onto me tightly.
"My Lumi, my sweet sweet Lumi. You have finally made it home to us." My mother cried, her warm hand sliding up to my face as she brushed my hair back.
'H-how is this possible? We saw the fire. We heard the screams.' Cascadia whispered in confusion. Her words echoed my own thoughts as I felt more confused than ever.
"How?" I croaked before pulling back and looking up at my parents' smiling faces. "Is this some type of dream?"
