"Well, everything seems to be okay. Her vitals and reflexes all seem good." The pack doctor said as I watched her carefully.
She has been nothing but kind to me since walking into the room. But I won't lie and say I wasn't watching for that needle to appear, worried that she might try to sedate me again.
"As for your wolf. Considering she has been in control for so long, she is probably getting some much needed rest. Clearly, she is still present, but for the time being, she might remain suppressed for a little while." My eyes widened before turning to Sterling and looking at him worriedly.
How long does a little while mean?!
"Do you have an estimation for how long that might be?" Sterling asked for me, obviously reading the question on my face.
