I peered up at Sterling as I watched him place a white towel over my head before rubbing gently.
"There, all dry." He mumbled sweetly, the kindness in his voice causing my heart to skip a beat.
Is this what he's always like? So patient and kind? It almost seems too good to be true.
"I will try to get a smaller robe for you next time, even though you look adorable in this one." He laughed, peering down at my small frame that was engulfed in the soft white fabric. Truthfully, the large fluffy robe reminded me of Cascadia. So I quite liked it if I'm being honest.
I just stood there staring at him, unsure what to do next as I saw his eyes clouding over. This was probably the tenth time in the past five minutes. Something seemed to be going on.
