I feel like s**t. What Haniel said struck a chord. Azrel doesn't talk much about his relationship with the Moon Goddess, but I knew they weren't on the best terms before Aitana's wolf pointed it out. His temper is peculiar, and he is linked to a blood moon, which is why I'm seen as a curse, and Ismael and Marie wanted to get rid of me.
Marie must have thought that if I became an Alpha wolf, I could serve her, but she never expected I would not let her control me easily. Once she realized I was not a puppet she could toy with, she decided I was no longer helpful, and didn't object when Ismael sent me to jail.
