"An unwanted guest?" I asked again, unsure if I had heard Cam right.
Unfortunately, Cameron nodded. "Yes, she was going to leave, but she overheard my conversation with you, and..."
I pinched the bridge of my nose. I preferred to deal with the Council than with this unwanted guest because I had already guessed who they were.
"Where is she?" I asked through gritted teeth. I really didn't want to do this right now, but it seems I can't have a moment of peace."
Cameron jerked his thumb toward the eastern woods. "Guest cabin. Gabriel is keeping an eye on her. She did ask why we didn't give her a room in the pack house."
