Javier followed the two kings through the winding corridors and staircases until they reached the dungeons. Contrary to popular belief, the dungeons were clean with lights and no pungent smells. As they made their way through the corridors, Javier glanced at the prisoners finding their spaces cleaned, with beds that had blankets and a little private area to relieve themselves. “I don’t see any rogues here,” Javier commented as they turned another corner. “Oh, these are our petty crime prisons,” King Nero replied. “They are in mostly for shoplifting, disputes, and anything not life-threatening.” Javier nodded as he followed the men down another set of stairs.
