Alison does not know what to say to Michael. She knows that she is in love with him. Alison does not want to tell Michael that she loves him, and she wants to be free to do what she wants in life. And she is not sure that she is ready for a relationship. Michael knows something is holding Alison back from telling him how she feels.
"I will not push you for an answer right now, but I know something is bothering you. And you can tell me, and I also want you to know that you can tell me anything," Michael says.
