Dr. Shravenov is very cocky in my eyes. He thinks he can do whatever he wants and believes his life will pursue the creatures he has hurt so much to rejoin again. I know Victor and his back will never join him again because of what he has done to them. I can see the hatred in Victor's eyes. And I know that the Doctor's life is worth nothing now.
