Dr. Stavenov is sitting in his office in Washington. He is distraught because he has heard that his one lab has been destroyed and is removing all the viruses he has worked on for a long time. Those viruses were created. Over the years, he has worked hard on them. He knows exactly what the formulas are, but to get all the ingredients he needs, he will have to start all over again looking for them. Some of the ingredients he used are very scarce to find. He does not know why he did not know about it. The spies in the organization that works against him and his backers do not inform him, and he is furious about it.
