CYRILLA'S POV
The hall murmured around me, still echoing with Julia’s outburst, but it barely registered. Whether they agreed with Julia or not, it made no difference to me. They were all just noises in my ears.
Hunter called the next witness: Dr. Pierce.
The doctor took his seat at the table and faced the microphone. He glanced at me and offered a small smile.
Hunter cleared his throat. "Dr. Pierce, thank you for being here today, especially given your demanding schedule."
Dr. Pierce gave a respectful nod. "Of course, Alpha. I’m glad to offer any clarity I can on the case."
