HUNTER'S POV Millie convinced me to let Cyrilla out of her room, insisting she needed some sun, fresh air, and a bit of exercise. Since Cyrilla had been behaving well and hadn’t attempted to escape, I figured she had earned this small taste of freedom. I hadn't seen or spoken to her since I brought her here, but I occasionally watched her through the live feed to ensure she was okay and to check for any suspicious behavior. I can also access the feed from my phone if I'm away from the office. After days of watching her, I’ve become almost familiar with her routine. I know roughly when she sleeps and wakes up, how long she takes a bath, and how she enjoys her coffee and books, among other details.
