I stare wide-eyed at Samantha. ‘Did she just say what I thought she said?’ I mutter to Hyde, who seems to be equally shocked.
‘She did,’ He responds.
“Holden?” Samantha looks at me. “Did you hear me?” She says and backs up to the bed and takes off her dress, revealing her ample breasts. “Take me,” she hisses.
‘Is she serious?’ I wonder. ‘Is this her or lust from the mark?’
‘It’s her,’ Hyde confirms.
Samantha’s eyes narrowed. “You don’t want me?” Tears flood her eyes, and she walks toward the bathroom.
“Samantha,” I grab her hand, and she pulls it away.
