Kendall leaned into me and I didn’t move. I liked the way she fit against me. I didn’t say anything. I just stayed still and let her be there.
She pulled out her phone and opened the camera. "Smile."
I leaned in and kissed her cheek as she took the picture. She laughed. Then she tapped a few buttons and wrote a caption. Just a heart emoji. Then she posted it and tagged me.
My phone vibrated. People were already liking it. One of the guys from the team commented, "About time you posted more pictures." Another sent fire emojis.
"We're gonna get teased," I said.
"Probably," she said. "Still worth it."
She stayed beside me, scrolling for a minute before pausing on an old photo. Her face changed a little.
"Wanna see something?" she asked.
"Yeah. Always."
She turned the screen
