I wake up early and sneak out of the bedroom to wake up the babies early. It’s Pearl’s birthday and the entire household planned to surprise her for her birthday. Chloe and Ariel are waiting at the stairs for someone to grab them and take them downstairs while I make sure that Pearl is still sleeping soundly.
Thomas and Selena are two years old by now and very excited to be celebrating their mommy’s birthday. If they could wake her at three in the morning to wish her happy birthday, they would have.
Ariel and Moon did the decorating and Andre prepared all the food. All that remains is to wrap her gifts… quietly because after the babies were born she can hear a needle fall in the middle of a haystack.
Just as we finish the last gift, she comes walking down the stairs.
