I have heard about the young Emma and how she came to us with Damian’s crew, but I was so traumatized after what happened, I never thought to make friends with her and find out more about her. She could be a spy for all I know, and I wouldn’t know it, but I’m sure one of my sources would have mentioned something by now if there is anything to worry about.
I put my pen down and look up at a young vampire, clearly very nervous, sitting in front of me.
Lucille “Hi Emma, you can relax, you have done nothing wrong. I would just like to get to know you better. I know nothing about you and I know all the vampires living here.”
Emma “What would you like to know your Highness.”
Lucille “You came with Damian’s crew if I’m not mistaken.”
