As promised, when we got Aurelia home, we kept her in bed for several days. Besides using the washroom and showering, she didn't do anything else. We took care of everything. We made her food, brought it to her in bed, and took turns managing all the other responsibilities.
The only reason we were letting her out of bed today was because Jaxson and I had a meeting with the king. As irritated as I was about it, it was probably for the best. Aurelia was getting restless from being cooped up inside, and even though she didn't say anything, I knew she was anxious to start work.
