My Master shows the policewoman out and then sits beside me again. "I've sent Ross over with Francis to collect some of your things. I want you to stay here for at least the next few days until Mack is tracked down. That way I can keep an eye on you. Is that okay with you?"
The chance to be with my wonderful Master for a few days? "Of course it is, Master. But I thought you had a lot of work on for the next few days?"
"f**k the work. This is more important. And I can do a lot of it from here anyway."
Then the penny drops as to what my Master just said. "Tracked down? They didn't catch him?"
He hesitates. "No, I'm sorry Elizabeth, but he escaped the building before they were able to lock it down. But don't worry. He'll be found."
