Chapter 21
Regina’s pov
As soon as I drop off my belongings at Marcus’ room, I decide to call mum and let her know I am back and about Marcus. She sounds so happy on the phone to hear from me. She tells me she spoke to everyone to make her position known.
She didn’t hold back that’s for sure, and I was happy that Tamara, grandma Tamara, and Auntie Katya stood beside her and supported her. We make arrangements to meet tomorrow and I tell her to invite the other three as well.
I am actually feeling hopeful about things and happy that I am here, I am also really looking forward to seeing them tomorrow. Then I hear a very familiar sound, the sound of several wings in the distance. I look out of the window and curse at what I see.
