Emilia woke up feeling warm and tingly, reminding her of being wrapped in a warm hug. Her eyelashes fluttered open softly and then her eyes snapped open, realizing that she was wrapped in a giant hug. Her smile grew when she saw Tristian snuggled up beside her, his messy black hair even more unruly than usual. But when she noticed that her other mate was missing, she frowned slightly and sighed, realizing that perhaps she shouldn't have expected Theo to change so soon. She inwardly pouted, just wanting to spend more time with him.
