~ Zoie’s POV ~
“Wow! This is nice!” Zoie chimed as she went deeper into Miles’s cabin house. It was a two-story lodge-style hideout in the mountains of Palo Alto. The house had a modern design with big glass windows and tall ceilings. The place was beautiful, serene, and of course, secluded.
“Check out this view,” Miles said as he gestured for the back patio. Zoie followed his lead and she arrived at what seemed like the Garden of Eden mixed with the tall trees of Twilight.
“Oh my God!” she gasped in awe. “This is like my laptop wallpaper!”
In front of Zoie stood rows and rows of tall pine trees. You couldn’t help but draw your eyes up when you stare at them. Not only that it was so picturesque, but the smell was amazing, the air was cool and crisp, and the best part— it was all locate
