~ Asher’s POV ~ “Can I stay here tonight?” Asher froze for a moment, trying to decipher if this was real or if this was his imagination. Meanwhile, Zoie stood at the front of the door, waiting for his response. “Sure,” he said finally. Zoie closed the door shut and walked over to the bed. Asher put his phone away and scooted to the side, making room for Zoie. He thought she might just sit down on the edge of the bed, but no. She went straight to the middle of the bed, sitting right next to him. “I don’t know if it’s the bed or what, but I can’t sleep,” she huffed, crossing her arms across her chest. “Ha,” Asher chuckled. “Same,” “What were you up to?” “Just watching some race highlights,” Asher pulled his phone up to show her what he was watching. He was Youtube-ing Formula D stuf
