CASSANDRA WILLIAMS I lay down on the bed next to my bedridden husband, exhausted. I had a long day juggling between my three kids, including Lucas. Lucas is a full-time job as well as Kristine, who is teething. She was a very handful baby as she was not feeling well and never wanted me to leave her side. Now that she is sleeping, I don’t want to waste another second. I am very hungry, but my body and mind are declining; I just want to sleep. “Anthony should go back to school next week. He has been on a holiday for way too long,” Lucas suggests. “I agree. I am sure he is ready to go back. Do you think Joselyn would agree to let go of her daily chores to be a full-time nanny?” I ask, lying on my side, looking at Lucas. He closes the laptop halfway and turns his head to look at me.
