A week has gone by, and the media has made the Jones’s family its playground. As the pictures of Cassandra slapping Juliet outside the mansion filled the Internet. Moreover, people were becoming sceptical about the “death” of Lucas, but what they didn’t realise was that none of the Jones’s family had given any statement about Lucas.
Juliet did find out a day later that Lucas was not dead, and since she followed a lot of what the media was saying, she was getting fed up about the conflicting of Lucas being dead or not. Without informing Cassandra with the step she is about to take, she called the media to her house to make a press conference about Lucas. The reporters set up their equipment in their foyer and waited for Mrs. Jones senior to come down and give them the juicy story.
