Caden’s POV
I can’t wait to get home today. It’s funny how quickly home is becoming anywhere Parker is, instead of an actual house. Colton was coming to help me build the storage shelves, so Mom can park in the garage again. As soon as the last patient left. I sent the nurse and Keely away and updated my notes before I left. I had been keeping up with them all day, and I was out the door less than ten minutes later.
It’s crazy that just a little over a month ago, I had no one I was interested in. Now, I can’t wait to see her and Caleb. I called Colton as my truck warmed up. It was a clear day, but still pretty cold. I also wanted to get to see what my parents had done to the outside of her home. Caleb was excited about getting to go outside and play today.
