LYCANDRA POV. A painful groan escaped my throat when I started to wake. In truth I could have slept more, I wanted too, but the beeping of some type of machine was graining on my ears. I opened my eyes, only to shut them against the sharp light that came in from the windows of the small room I was in and from the smell, I knew I was in the pack hospital. My senses started to wake up one by one and I knew that I was alone in the room too. I blinked my eyes to adjust to the room and looked around. I was alone, but I must have had a visitor if the bunch of flowers on my bedside table were any indication. I looked down to my stomach and my eyes widened. My baby bump looked bigger.
