Ayyra closed her eyes and waited for the pain as they stepped into the portal but she didn't feel much. Alexander had her wrapped tightly in his arms, protecting her. She smiled and put her head on his chest.
Sighs, having such a powerful mate was not a bad thing after all.
In less than a minute, Ayyra felt her legs step on something solid, the portal disappeared and she saw she was in a dimly lit room.
"Hm? Where are we?" She asked, looking around. It didn't feel like they were in the human city yet. The design and paintings of this place look similar to that of the pack house back in the werewolf community.
