I couldn't make sense out of it.
Darcy didn't trust me. He actually believed I was the one that put the drugs in Pink's purse to get it to his home and put little Pink in danger. All because I was an ex-convict before he hired me. And also because I'd spent three years in prison because I was accused of drug trafficking.
It didn't matter that I was innocent as I've claimed. It didn't matter that I'd spent every day of my life ever since I got out of prison the last three years till now, trying so hard to rebuild my life and prove that I wasn't the person on paper. To Darcy, I was just a criminal.
