The hospital had started to feel like a cage.
A clean, white, quiet cage.
The doctors said I wasn't ready to leave for good, but they said they'd discharge me at the right time. The right day because I'm recovering but for now the doctors were still running tests-but I needed out. Just for a few hours. Earlier this morning, Martin had promised me that the package would be delivered today. So, I finally got the message from him... I'd been waiting for it.
