Beth I didn’t want to go crazy with the money that Raphael had deposited to my account. I needed to talk to him, find out what his real intentions were about that money. However, I did decide to splurge on a few things, like the horsey fabric that Lucy asked for, and since there was a supermarket in the same plaza as the fabric store, I added some extra groceries. By the time we were checking out at the supermarket, Lucy was starting to get a little whiny. “I’m hungry, Mommy.” She looked at the display of candy bars beside the register. It was tempting to just buy her the chocolate to make her happy, but I wanted her to eat something with a little more substance. “I’ll tell you what, there’s a nice little restaurant across the street. Why don’t we go get some lunch while we are out?”
