Bliss opened her eyes, the warmth she had been enjoying all night suddenly gone. The sun had not even fully risen but the sky was already getting lighter, allowing her to watch as Garrett got out of bed and started getting dressed. She took every inch of him in, he was the most beautiful man. His hair was getting longer, the ends nearly reaching his shoulders and his beard was getting thicker. When she had first met him at The Yearning his jaw had been slightly scruffy, but now his brown facial hair was less rough and more coarse. He turned around and saw her staring at him, those lips of his curving into a boyish grin. He sat back down on the bed and leaned over to kiss her, Bliss giggling at his ticklish whiskers and reaching her hands up to run her fingertips through it.
