MARTHA'S POV:
When I stepped out of the house with Mr. Weston, I spotted a tall man in black clothing standing there. He wore a black top, black leather trousers, and black boots. His arms were three times bigger than a normal man's, and he had a sharp jawline. He was a Black-skinned man.
I trembled, wondering if the man was a werewolf, but Mr. Weston had assured me the previous night that he was hiring a human to work for me as my personal bodyguard.
"Good morning, sir," the man greeted Mr. Weston with a smile, before shifting his gaze to look at me. I met his black eyes and greeted him too. "Good morning."
"Morning, miss," he said. Then Mr. Weston chimed in with his deep voice.
"Martha, here is Joshua Brown. I hired him as your personal bodyguard to keep watch for you."
