Alberto was in the library. He was thinking of the final judgment of the court on Samantha’s case. He was a bit guilty that the company filed a case against her, his daughter-in-law, and guilty that as a father, he missed seeing how Kendrick treated his wife. He felt ashamed of himself for allowing everything to happen against her. Tormented by his conscience, Alberto decided to speak to Samantha. He wanted to know about her plans, about her relationship with his son. He knows how hurt she is that in times of difficulty, her husband was the first person to despise her.
