“Althea?!”
Samantha was in for a great surprise when she opened the door and saw Althea smiling widely outside. Her excitement vanished into thin air as soon as she saw the person she least expected to see outside their house.
“Hi, Samantha!” Althea greeted her in a mordacious tone. “Don't you like to invite me to come inside?”
“Kendrick wasn't home,” she said. Kendrick is on his way home and she doesn't like him to think about her and Althea. They have a past and she doesn't want to give him a reason to get jealous as she knows Kendrick. He is even jealous of his cousins being close to her. What more if it's Althea inside their house alone with her.
“I know! I told him I was coming and he told me to wait here.” Althea replied, walking forward closer to Samantha.
