Jen and Logan have decided to wait until after their baby is born to remove the scars from her body. It will be like getting rid of the past while starting a new beginning. Jen will see Kale today to see how bad her scars are. Kale read the book about Jennifer's life, and he can understand why Logan is so overprotective of his wife.
