I woke up with Nick's words going through my mind.
"I don't know what I'm hoping to achieve from all this but, I want you to know that I never meant to hurt you like this, I was just scared."
I had heard his whole story too, he sounded hurt and broken, it was my first time hearing an alpha cry, he was so sad while I was torn, I didn't know how to feel or react, the thing I was so damn positive about was that I was still so much in love with him.
The door opened and Elizabeth walked in, when she saw me, she quickly moved closer and helped me sit upright.
