I stood by the counter, my mind drifting somewhere else as I slowly mixed the brownie batter I was making.
Things have been weird..ever since talking with Nico's lawyer...I just felt so off. Why wasn't he on the call with us? Was he really that done with me? And then...Sebastian told me the news this morning...Nico and Isabella were officially engaged.
I didn't want to hear it...I didn't want to think of Nico with anyone else and the overwhelming pain just keeps getting worse and worse..I didn't think it was possible.
I kept holding out hope that maybe he would change his mind..that all of this was some type of nightmare..and now..now I am pissed.
He used me..he tricked me and convinced me that it was all real. Who f*****g knows..maybe Nico even planned
