After talking with Jamie and knowing that she needed to just work through everything she had learned, I decided that Grayson, Lysandra and I needed to leave the Manor. I needed to get away so I could give her the space she needed. We left on the plane and while we sat there Grayson hit me with all of his questions.
“Why didn’t you tell me it was Jamie?” he asked in a hurt tone.
“That was mine to bear, not you. I didn’t want anyone to know but a few people over the years figured it out.”
He shook his head and I knew he felt betrayed by me because of it. He would get over it though.
