Harrison’s POV The dimly lit cabin walls seemed to dance with the candlelight. Dawson stands by the window, his broad back to the room, and his fingers clutching the edge of the letter we just received from the Werewolf Council. He turns to me, his expression unreadable. I watch him closely, awaiting another outburst. My shoulders tense as the suspense grows. Dawson's voice is low, dangerous. “They want me back, Harrison. The council. They want my army at the pack. And they want me to return to them. But that’s not why they called me. They want me to give up my Alpha position.” Dawson says.
