I left her and went back to our suite alone. I don’t want to push her but damn if I didn’t want to sleep next to her. Holding her while we danced was heaven. I get ready for bed wishing I could link her goodnight again. That will be rectified in the morning. I have a whole list to take care of things for her. Instead I grab my phone and text her.
I am awakened around 2 am by Ghost. “MATE! GET UP RILEY! ELLIE NEEDS US NOW!”
I jump from the bed running. As I almost rip the door off its hinges, there’s an urgent push in my mind. I answer it hearing Thomas’s frantic voice. “Alpha Riley, you need to come to Luna’s room now! She’s having a nightmare.”
