It’s like she doesn’t exist. The first thing I did when I woke up the next morning was to find Miss Maid. I went to the briefing at five in the morning all the way to the back of the castle. There were dozens of new uninteresting maids who blushed and beaconed for me, but none of them were her. I even asked the Head Maid about her, describing her the best way I could, but it was dark and apart from the black hair and the tattoo on her thigh, I had nothing except ‘beautiful’.
