Athena’s brows crease as she shifts her gaze from my mothers to mine, questioning. Innana and Adara simply chuckle at my female who only seems to get confused by the second. And she clearly gets a little awkward especially when it seems as if mother wants to pop out of the screen to look at her.
“Is that her, Lucy?” mother asks with a grin and a glint in her eyes. There she goes again with that name. I should be used to it now. But not when Athena c***s an amused beow at me at the name.
“This is Athena, mother.” I introduce as Athena saunters inside on her heels with her coat on her arms. Her head held high as she threatening looks at everyone who looks at her. Which is everyone really.
Mother laughs with so much glee that her eyes nearly shine from it as she watches Athena’s
